In these 1 hour sessions the focus is on controlling the basketball. Develop right and left hand control, develop hand-eye coordination, use body and footwork to enhance ball handling.
From form shooting to reps on the Dr dish. Athletes will learn to become lights out shooters. 1 hour sessions will get athletes the repetitions they need to be able to shoot with confidene in all game situations

Receive 10 sessions to be used during the course of a semester. Focus will be on the proper fundamentals and knowledge of basketball on both offense and defense. Athletes will learn ball control, proper shooting form, footwork in offense and defense and gain confidence in their athletic abilities.
